The Bottom Line

The book trailer for Matt J Pike’s Kings of the World is humorous and unique. The first 10 seconds about the marketing department provides a funny lead in before the trailer gets into the plot and what to expect in the novel. The graphics and the voice are clear and easy to understand. I think that it was really well done by the author.

Is the book worth your time to read? That is another question altogether. I think from the book trailer it is worth a try, but it is still unproven with only 2 reviews showing. If you give it a read, come and give us a comment after.

About Matt J Pike

“I’m probably unhealthily obsessed with games, sci-fi, comedy and fantasy football competitions. I somehow managed to rip myself away from all of the above long enough to write a book - I know - I can’t believe it either!

Kings of the World is my first novel. I have decided to ePublish to share it with the world and to help raise money to find a cure for Rett Syndrome.  Part of the proceeds from all sales of this book – and all future books I write - will be donated to charities looking for a cure for Rett Syndrome. There is some fantastic and positive research taking place around the world that leaves people with the hope that there will be revolutionary changes to how we treat the condition in lifetime.”

Marketing manager, editor, and author. I am a bookkaholic who stays up into dawn reading, wakes up groggy and grabs another book to make myself feel human again. I am an avid outdoors-man, but find myself behind a computer more than outdoors these days. I try not to tell many people this, but I really liked the Star Wars book series...
